Brenda Rivas: How She Used Her Unhappiness in Her Corporate America Job to Propel Her to Start Her Own Business

Many successful men and women started with three things: a dream, a positive dissatisfaction, and a burning passion to make a difference. A positive dissatisfaction? These words seem to be contradicting. The words positive and dissatisfaction don't seem to really make sense, but for someone who has unrest deep within and that unrest is prompting that person to take himself or herself to the next level, then that's positive! There are people that feel certain discontent in their situation but instead of using that to direct their lives to a more positive direction, they just whine and never really do anything about it.

This is not the case, however, with Brenda Rivas, founder and CEO of the Alliance of Online Entrepreneurs. She left her successful corporate job to find a more fulfilling position, both emotionally and financially.

On my interview with Brenda, she shared a lot about her personal struggles when she first started her business and how she overcame them. Now she's successfully running this online business helping about 600 entrepreneurial women start and run their own online business.
